I tried to install the Flash Player for IE on a different browser because IE wouldn't open at first but that failed, so if you are unable to use IE, sadly, this won't work. You have to have the flash player for Internet Explorer installed. It didn't work before because my Internet Explorer wouldn't open and for some reason, Internet Explorer is a very important part to get the 2010 version to work. I've finally got Real Lives 2010 to work after giving up a month prior.
